I have over fifteen years of experience in the Italian capital markets, with a specific focus on listings, M&A and equity fundraising for SMEs. From 2010 to 2022, I worked at Borsa Italiana – Euronext Group, where I led origination for the mid and small-cap segment and contributed to the launch of ELITE. In 2022, I founded IPOCoach, an independent advisory boutique with a direct approach to shareholders and management teams.I work on listings on Euronext Growth Milan, sell-side and buy-side M&A processes, the entry of financial and industrial investors, and pre-IPO governance projects. I interact directly with entrepreneurs and family shareholders, CFOs, private equity funds and investment banks. I hold board positions in private companies and companies listed on EGM. Documented track record: three IPOs on EGM, one completed sell-side M&A transaction, and several ongoing sell-side SME mandates.Financecommunity Award 2024 – Team of the Year for listing transactions on Euronext Growth Milan.
